The warm red of the burst flows into the golden field of flame better than any Lp I've seen. The yellowed binding around the body and neck is a perfect compliment to the Golden Glow of the top...The yellowed Logo is another perfect blend....now here's what really blew me away....I reached in and picked her up and noticed immed the light weight of the guitar....This one has GOT TO be one of the best LP's out there. Kevin, I whole heartedly approve the guitar! It is one damn fine specimen from Gibson's Custom Shop collection. The ebony fingerboard is first rate premium wood, the plek job flawless, the finish glossy, wet and rich looking without a mar or blemish in sight. The weight is simply unbelievable at less than 8 1/2 lbs. It is one hot-rod LP Custom that satisfies my taste and sensibilities. Overall, the fit, finish and craftsmanship is world class.
