The Dean Razorback V 255 offers a new longer scale of 25.5 inches and 24 frets. The extra length is designed to appeal to the down tuned, metal guitarist and the 255 delivers in spades. 

The 255 features a mahogany body with a mahogany set neck with a rosewood fingerboard finished in a classic black with yellow bevels. Way cool V inlays and a razor blade at the octave, 12th fret lend to the look of this monster. Hardware is done right with Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose tremolo that allows dive bombs and whammy mayhem done to perfection.

Another major change with the Dean Razorback V 255 is the pickup configuration. Equipped with active EMG 81/85 pickups, the 255 sounds like hell being unleashed! The EMG 85 neck pickup will give you that low-end brutal sound a la Cowboys from Hell while the EMG 81 bridge pickup will provide razor sharp clarity even with tons of gain. This guitar sounds dark, menacing and tonally enormous. Comes with Dean hardshell case & all case candy.
